Council of Ministers Decision No. 21 of 2026 (Official Gazette No. 9, 7 June 2026) replaced Table 1 of the areas where non-Qataris may own real estate and its map, moved the responsible minister from the Minister of Justice to the Minister of Municipality and reworded the registration article; the QAR 730,000 and QAR 3,650,000 property values and the 90-day annual residence rule in article 7 are unchanged.
