Requirements
- Applicant is a manager, specialist or trainee employee being transferred. 1
- Applicant has worked for the company or group for at least six months before the transfer. 1
- The transfer lasts more than 90 days under a valid work contract and, where relevant, an assignment letter. 1
- Transfer declaration and the work contract between the employee and the sending company. 2

Stay
- Valid for the length of the transfer: up to three years for managers and specialists and up to one year for trainees.
- Renewable, subject to the conditions in force at renewal.
