For owners and managers of a Lithuanian company that has run its registered activity under a business plan for at least 6 months. The company must employ full-time EU/EFTA citizens or permanently resident foreigners with total monthly wages of at least 2 BDU, have equity of at least EUR28,000 (≈ $31,300) of which at least EUR14,000 (≈ $15,600) is the applicant's own investment, and the applicant must be manager or hold at least one third of the share capital of a UAB or AB.
