## Tax

Tax residency is separate from your visa. If you become a Colombian tax resident, you generally include foreign-source income in your Colombian tax base; nonresidents are taxed on Colombian-source income. The presence test can be met after more than the stated number of days in a rolling period, and treaty rules may also apply.

#### Exclusions
